As a courtesy, we require a 24 hour notice before the original appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Any cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours results in a cancellation fee of $25.00. You must pay the fee or forfeit 1 Groupon service voucher, before you will be allowed to reschedule.
This policy also applies for a no show the day of your appointment.

We recommend arriving to your first appointment 5 minutes early. We will check you in and have you fill out a one page first visit form. On this form you will have a spot to put in your voucher number if you are coming from Groupon or Local Flavor. During your service, our professional skin care specialists will assess your skin to determine and give recommendations on the best treatments for your skin type. They will also be able to answer any of your questions regarding our treatments and products.
Every month we release new specials which can be found on the chalk board in our waiting room. These specials can be used by both new and returning clients. For first time clients, we do offer a special discounted prices on treatment packages that can only be applied during your first visit. Please inquire with your aesthetician on the day of your first visit on what specials we can offer you during your first visit.
No. First time clients automatically get the discounted price. When making your first appointment, please let us know it is your first visit and that you would like to pay in house. We will make a note in the profile to honor the groupon price when you come in.
We do offer consultations. It is highly recommended to do consultations for more invasive treatments such as chemical peels and micro needling. Consultations are booked for a full hour so that there is still enough time to perform a treatment if you decide to do so the same day (Please note this does not apply for micro needling consultations, appointments for the actual microneedling treatment will be booked for a different day as the treatment is typically 1 hour and 45 minutes long). Consultations are also helpful for clients who are unsure of what treatment to do based on their skin care needs. Consultations are free but are still by appointment only.
